Meet Kristie

Certified Scrappy Appliqué Instructor

Hello, my name is Kristie Naranjo and I'm a quilt instructor specializing in teaching the Scrappy Appliqué technique. My main goal in sharing my love of quilting with others is to help them feel confident and comfortable to do anything with the skills they currently have. I believe everyone has potential, and I love unlocking that by helping each person tap into the creative side they may not realize they have.

I love seeing faces light up with joy when they learn, understand and execute a new technique. There's nothing better to me than sharing my love of something with others and watching them execute it.

Kristie's workshop was fun, engaging, and she made everyone feel welcome. The tips and tricks she shared will be helpful in other types of quilting and worth the price of admission alone.

I've never quilted anything before, but after attending Kristie's program, I feel confident in creating my first project.
